WebFOCUS is a comprehensive and fully integrated enterprise business intelligence platform that would be utilized at every level of our campus community – executive, faculty and staff.

• A newly created unit Administrative Information Management Services (AIMS) under the umbrella of DSA is charged with implementing WebFOCUS at UM-Flint.
• WebFOCUS is a robust tool to create simple reports such as class roster for faculty/academic units use, aggregate reports regarding admissions, financial aid and registrar’s data for deans and directors use, and also comprehensive dashboards for deans/directors and executive officers that would have various important key data indicators with a quick overall view in graphical format to assist in making informed policy decisions.
• WebFOCUS will replace Microsoft ACCESS reports such as SSEM2000 database.
