Our resilient students have remained committed to their goals, and have earned their degrees from UM-Flint. On behalf of the faculty, staff, students, and alumni, we are proud of our April and August 2024 graduates!

On this site, you will find information about the graduates, the events that are planned, special videos, and even resources designed to pay tribute to our graduates.

April 2024 Commencement Information

The RSVP will open April 1 and close April 19.
- If you plan to attend the commencement ceremony, please complete the RSVP form that you received from the Office of the Chancellor via your university email. If you did not receive an invitation email, please reach out to Kathy Thompson at [email protected].
Each graduate will be allowed to bring four guests to the ceremony.
Ceremonies will be held in the Riverfront Conference Center.
The UM-Flint Bookstore is available to assist students in purchasing caps, gowns, hoods, invitations, and other commencement items.

April 2024 Commencement Schedule

Saturday, April 27	Sunday, April 28
College of Arts, Sciences & Education* Saturday, April 27 11 a.m., doors open at 10 a.m.	School of Management* College of Innovation & Technology Sunday, April 28 11 a.m., doors open at 10 a.m.
College of Arts, Sciences & Education* College of Health Sciences Saturday, April 27 1:30 p.m., doors open at 12:30 p.m.	School of Nursing School of Management* Sunday, April 28 1:30 p.m., doors open at 12:30 p.m.

*College of Arts, Sciences & Education and School of Management will have split ceremonies. Additional information will be emailed to those affected students.
