I-9 Form (Eligibility to Work in the US)
The office of University Human Resources will not be available to complete I-9’s on Tuesday, June 18th due to the annual HR retreat. We will resume processing of I-9’s on Wednesday, June 19. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
I-9 Accepted Documents/Instructions - Please see link for full list of accepted documents and instructions on completion of I-9 process.
All new hires will be utilizing the on-line I-9 process.
Faculty will be processed via communication with Dee Dee Hurley. Please contact Dee Dee Hurley at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information.
Regular Staff will be processed through the eRecruit applicant management system. Please contact Tonja R. Lucas at email@example.com for additional information.
Temporary employees will need to follow the steps below:
- You will receive emails from the University containing instructions on how to complete the I-9 process.
- After completing the first section of the I-9 on-line, you will be required to bring appropriate documentation to 213 UPAV, University Human Resources Office, in order to complete the rest of the I-9 form.
- Once the I-9 has been processed an email will be sent to you and the department authorizing you to work.
- You may not begin work until the department receives this authorization.
