Andrew Morton is an Applied Theatre Practitioner and Playwright. He has worked with several educational/community based theatre companies in the UK including the Blue Elephant Theatre-Camberwell, the Albany Theatre, Streets Alive Theatre Company, Soho Theatre, and Bigfoot Arts Education. As a writer his work has been shortlisted by the Royal Court Theatre (Young Writers Festival 2007) and Teacher's TV, and performed in venues including the Blue Elephant Theatre, Hampstead Theatre (Startnight) and the Dogstar-Brixton. Andrew also worked in Kenya in 2007 and 2009 developing a participatory theatre project in collaboration with the Salvation Army's Community Counselling program addressing issues including (but not limited to) HIV/AIDS.
