With a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) degree from the University of Michigan-Flint, you will be well prepared to advance your career and increase your earning potential. If you are a mid-level manager or executive (wishing to upgrade skill-sets in order to be an effective executive thought leader), consultant or analyst (wishing to learn theoretical concepts and ideas), or a college lecturer (wishing to learn applied research and earn a doctorate degree in order to transition into full-time academia) that does not wish to interrupt your career, then this program is ideally for you.

Admission to the DBA program is open to qualified graduates with a master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution or applicants with exceptional professional experience (e.g., CEO of a Fortune 1000 company or other equivalent experience). Students must also have a minimum of 10 years of progressive business experience, including at least five years of executive, mid-level management, senior consultant or technical experience. Additionally, college lecturers with equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.
