Free, Confidential Mental Health Check-in
UM-Flint has partnered with Aiberry to provide free, confidential mental health check-ins—quick, research-backed tools designed to help you understand how you’re doing and what kind of support might help.
What to expect: Brief, anonymous screenings with no sign-in required. Topics include stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and more. You’ll receive links to UM-Flint resources that may be helpful.
These check-ins are not a diagnosis; they’re a chance to reflect and get guidance. Think of it as a quick check-up for your emotional well-being.

Stressbusters App
The Stressbusters App is available for download at no cost. It’s like having a spa in your pocket! Get immediate access to wellness activities anytime, anywhere.
Features include: Daily positive messages, calming activities (breathing exercises, sonic spa, Instacalm), wellness video content, and Health Rewards points for participation in CAPS and UM-Flint Wellness activities.
