We facilitate networking opportunities both on and off campus, recruiting events, and classroom visits. We also post jobs on the nation’s number one early-career platform, Handshake.

- Post an internship or job via Handshake
- Join us at any of our virtual or in-person career fairs
- Serve as an Employer in Residence
- Conduct on-campus or virtual interviews
- Offer job shadowing or be a professional mentor
- Host informational sessions
- Meet one-on-one to review resumes or practice interviewing skills
- Be a guest speaker in a class or present at a student organization meeting
- Network with faculty and staff
- Host company site visits
The Office of Student Career Advancement & Success wants all companies to provide OSCAS access to post and edit jobs on your behalf. Follow the steps below to edit company permissions.
Login to Handshake
- Click Initials or company name in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click Company Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Global Settings button on the left side of the screen.
- Under School permissions type in the University of Michigan-Flint.
- Click Submit at the bottom of the screen.
