The Bachelor of Science in Digital Machining and Automation Technology employs a transformative curriculum that innovatively integrates practical technical training into a high-quality liberal arts education to produce career-ready graduates.
In addition to general education requirements, the curriculum includes 13 credits of prerequisite courses that build a knowledge base of programming and design-thinking and 72 credits of program requirements that delve into the application of new manufacturing technologies. The program also provides elective courses for students to explore relevant topics that fit their career interests.
Through experiential training and project-based Capstone courses, students acquire the abilities to develop, communicate, and implement digital and next-generation theories and technologies to solve real-world problems.
