Business Administration/
Leadership & Organizational Dynamics Joint BBA/MS

  • University of Michigan-Flint’s Business BBA/MS program is designed for current UM-Flint undergraduate students who want to pursue a Master of Leadership and Organizational Dynamics early in their education. Our BBA/MS joint curriculum allows admitted students to earn undergraduate and graduate credits simultaneously, counting toward both degree requirements. This bridge program is designed to allow students to start their careers or doctoral studies swiftly.
  • Students should apply in the junior or senior year of their undergraduate studies. Upon completing their BBA, they will receive that degree and immediately move on to graduate studies, receiving their MS upon completing the 18 remaining credits rather than 30.
