HEART Defined
HEART is a student and faculty collaborative pro-bono health service based in the College of Health Sciences at the University of Michigan-Flint.
Mission
Improve health and healthcare access for uninsured and underinsured in Flint and Genesee County through the interprofessional provision of health services to address community-identified health inequities.
Vision
Improve health and healthcare access for Flint and Genesee County residents served by HEART. Graduates who serve in HEART will embrace interprofessional collaborative practice and a commitment to addressing health inequities.
