Report a Concern or Incident

The School of Nursing has a protocol that guides students toward a succinct communication pathway when encountering issues or concerns in their respective program.

  • For theory courses: Students first communicate with the course faculty if issues are not resolved, they contact the Director of the Program.
  • For practicum/clinical/experiential learning courses: Students first communicate with the clinical/grading faculty
  • For Center for Simulation and Clinical Innovation experiences: Students first communicate with the simulation facilitator of the course

If a student is unsure or has questions, the advisors will help them with the process of communication for concerns.
