Report a Concern or Incident

The School of Nursing has a protocol that guides students toward a succinct communication pathway when encountering issues or concerns in their respective program.

  • For theory courses, students first communicate with the course faculty. If issues are not resolved, they contact the Program director.
  • For practicum/clinical/experiential learning courses, students first communicate with the clinical/grading faculty.
  • For the Center for Simulation and Clinical Innovation experiences, students first communicate with the course’s simulation facilitator.

If a student is unsure or has questions, the advisors will help them communicate their concerns.
