Fitness Classes
Drop-in group fitness classes are free to all students and current rec center members. This fall schedule runs through Dec. 21. All classes take place in the Recreation Center. Due to space limits, we recommend you arrive early to secure your spot in class. You can view class descriptions here.

Invest in yourself and receive safe guidance on reaching your health goals with one of our certified nutrition counselors. Sessions are by individual appointment only and are available in person or virtually. Counselors can help discuss weight loss, diabetes education, food sensitivities, healthy meal planning, special dietary needs, and more.
