Fitness Classes
Drop-in group fitness classes are free to all students and rec center members. Unless otherwise noted, this schedule runs through December 24. All classes take place in the Recreation Center. You can view fitness class descriptions and group fitness events.

Nutrition Counseling

Invest in yourself and receive safe guidance on reaching your health goals with one of our certified nutrition counselors. Sessions are by individual appointment only and are available in person or virtually. Counselors can help discuss weight loss, diabetes education, food sensitivities, healthy meal planning, special dietary needs, and more.
