Project Leadership
Project leadership consists of two key groups: the Innovation & Transformation Advisory Council (ITAC) and the Steering Committee. These groups were established to represent constituents across campus and to provide input and feedback on UM-Flint’s Strategic Transformation.

ROLE:
Provide input and feedback to the Steering Committee and leadership to assist in the development of options for strategic transformation that support UM-Flint’s academic mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review information shared by the Project Team.
- Provide input on options shared by the Project Team and Steering Committee.
- Give feedback on potential paths forward.
- Raise perceived opportunities, challenges, risks and solutions to the Steering Committee and Project Team.
- Serve as conduit of information to and from faculty and staff.

ROLE:
Provide guidance on UM-Flint’s strategic transformation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as Unit sponsors for the transformation effort.
- Provide feedback and input on options presented for the future of UM-Flint.
- Act as a conduit for perspectives from the UM-Flint community.
- Collaborate with stakeholder groups on campus to inform transformation opportunities / options.
- Raise perceived opportunities, challenges, risks and solutions to leadership.
